Me thinks you've used this aame title before??? I have to admit, I don't do ice baths in winter, the water is so cold without it! Dittos to all the others...Kim is tough and amazing...wow!

Groggins is the man! I see that Harlem 26.2 posted his last post today. :) Wonder if his bad publicity had anything to do with it. All his "brah" was pretty annoying and I'm amazed at how well Groggins accepted his apology in a later post...

You guys are cute. The fact is, as you can easily verify, the blog ended exactly 1 year to the day that it began. Nealy 400 entries, scan it yourself.
With a single mouse click I could have instantly removed Kim's self placed "I Love David Goggins" link on that blog entry....and I did not and will not. I'm glad Kim put that link there.
Good luck to all of you in your running endeavors. Me and David Goggins will do some training together in Central Park this Fall in prep for the NYC Marathon which should be pretty cool.

Goggins is a Hard Ass for sure. I wish I could have 1/10th of his stamina.
