I usually am not much for the numbers, but I have some that I am proud about:
Hips 44 Hips 40
Waist 41 Waist 38

I have also been logging my running miles. In January, I ran 96 miles. In February, which was a total road/trail covered month, AND three days shorter I might add, I ran 115 miles. I am getting much more consistent with my running. I do need to work on getting into a routine with core work, and stretching, and weights...but still, I ROCK!!!
